As a commercial property manager, it can be tough to sift through the many bids you received from commercial landscaping companies to service your property. Rather than sell you the idea that you need a company “like” OakLawn, we thought we would be more straightforward. We are a full-service commercial landscaping company with engaged management working to ensure customer satisfaction and the quality of work is always high. At our core, we are still the same family-owned business that started in 1999 but now with the capability and size to service any commercial property in our service area. This is why OakLawn is the best choice, no holds barred.

Weekly Safety Training

It would be a challenge to find a landscaping company that prioritizes safety more than OakLawn. Safety is not something that employees only engage in during the new hire training process, it is a consistently updated routine with participation from the entire company every week. We find this necessary with the excessive amount of large commercial-grade equipment we must use to maintain the properties of our clients. In order to mitigate the risk of using these tools, we utilize the NALP* published “Safety Tailgate Training” which is a 52-part training for each week of the year. OSHA regulations also guide our training efforts, which we always make time for no matter how busy we are.

Our Signature Quality Control Process

On top of our safety training, our secondary concern with any property is the quality of the landscape after we have worked on it. Quality control ensures that when we perform work it is done to the quality we would want on our own property. Although we have extensive training programs in place and trust the work of our employees, there has to be a system that guarantees, not guesses, the quality of the work. For this reason, we use a standardized system of numeric grading on each property so that an account manager can remove the guesswork and make a certain determination on the quality. On top of this system, we perform quarterly inspections where we are very thorough to ensure that nothing is awry.

Accessible Management and Communication

Common complaints of landscaping companies usually center around two things. Quality of work, and communication. The latter is difficult, as we are always working, and things can get overlooked in the process. We also understand that this is a problem for other companies as well. However, at OakLawn, communication is a top priority. Dedicated account managers are always, and we mean always accessible to their clients. For those clients that need access, executive management can also be reached when required. This level of transparency is something we had always hoped to achieve, even from our inception. We are proud of how far we have come, and our consistent communication has been praised by so many of our partners over the years. Find out for yourself, and get started with a consultation worked around your schedule.
